Graduate School of International Studies

Outline of Graduate School

Since the end of the 20th century, the pace of globalization has been accelerating, and with it the flow of people and information across languages and borders. In order to thrive in such an era, the issues and problems faced by particular communities have to be identified. This must be done through a theoretical and practical consideration of various ideas and solutions. Results must be conveyed persuasively to stakeholders through dialogue and exchange. To accomplish these objectives, we have established the new Graduate School of International Studies.

We are living in an era of rapid change and uncertainty. The issues facing the world today are caused by many diverse and adverse circumstances, which often get entangled with each other in complex ways.
